Full Itinerary

Day 1: Vientiane Arrival – City Tour (Welcome Dinner)

Welcome to the beautiful and attractive capital of Laos – Vientiane. After the flight, our tour guide and driver will pick you up then transfer to your hotel to leave luggage and begin this exciting journey.
Your journey Vientiane will start with Wat Sisaket. This is the oldest temple in existence. Step inside, you will be back to the past with countless porcelain and silver images. Following, our tour guide will bring you to the beauty of the Haw Phra Kaeo temple. You will be gazing with charm both interior and exterior which was built to house the famed Emerald Buddha. After immersing in history and religion, we will return to the present with daily life at Morning Market. Then continuing to visit Pha That Luang. The last point of the city tour is climbing the Arc de Triomphe of Laos means Patuxai.

In the late afternoon, enjoy the welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 02: Vientiane – Check-in Mekong Sun Cruise (B)

You will be free in the morning until our tour guide and driver take you to Mekong Sun Cruise – start a fascinating journey along the Mekong River. You will enjoy the airy atmosphere, immersed in pure nature.

Day 03: Wild Nature along Mekong River (B, L, D)

Head to upstream of the river, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the wild features with undulating hills, vegetation. Occasionally, there will be interesting rocks on the banks of the river, combined with the slow-moving current will make you feel excited as if you were on an adventure trip. At the end of day, you will be stopped at a sand beach enjoying the sunset.

Day 04: Visiting Pak Lay (B, L, D)

Today, our ship will make a stop at the Pak Lai community. You will feel the pure life of the people here with small villages, local herds of cattle. The simple life of the people though it once owned many colonial buildings.

Day 05: Passing by Tha Deua (B, L, D)

Today, our ship will pass through Tha Deua. You’ll see the ferries that help locals cross the river. After that, the cruise will pass by Xayaburi embankment dam – an idyllic small village will appear. Our cruise often stop at this village for clients visiting because of friendly people in there.

Day 06: Discovering Kuang Si – Luang Prabang (B)

After some days visiting the villages, I am sure that you understand deeply about local people and living before we come back city and discover another beautiful place. This is an attractive destination – Kuang Si Falls a highlighted place when you arrive Luang Prabang. You will admire the special blue water from the upstream. After that, say goodbye to everyone on cruise, we will move foward to the ancient capital of Laos: Luang Prabang. Check-in hotel and relaxing.

Day 07: Luang Prabang – Exploring Pakou Caves (B)

Having breakfast at the hotel, we will start the journey to explore old capital with the ancient palace of King – also known today as the Royal Museum. After that, we will go along the majestic Mekong River to visit the extremely splendid destination called Pak Ou Cave. Go inside, you will observe thousands of statues painted with gold in countless different sizes. On the way, we will enjoy the famous rice wine village – Ban Xanhai village and the ancient Xieng Thong Beer Monastery. In the late afternoon, we will be watching the beautiful city under sunset at Phousi hill.

Day 08: Luang Prabang Departure (B)

Relax at your hotel before we head to airport for your departure flight.
